Michal is a principal Llama engineer at Meta Paris, tenured researcher at Inria, and the lecturer at the MVA master of ENS Paris-Saclay. Michal is primarily interested in designing algorithms that would require as little human supervision as possible. - depuis 5 ans, j'ai découvert les outils #NOCODE en commençant par Salesforce (pas forcément le plus simple), puis Airtable, Zapier, ... je suis convaincu que la prochaine révolution digitale est là, sous nos yeux, dans ces outils qui vont ouvrir une formidable période d'innovation
- ma différence : j'ai créé, dirigé et développé pendant 20 ans une dizaine de sociétés dans le digital, avec des succès tels que Sarenza.com, mais aussi des échecs, dans des industries très diverses. Cette expérience d'entrepreneur me permet de vous accompagner plus efficacement.Si tu es encore là à lire ces mots, c'est que tu souhaites donc en savoir un peu plus. De formation commerciale, je suis devenu un multi-entrepreneur récidiviste ! Après un début de carrière comme chargé de clientèle internationale en Chine, je m’oriente vers un poste de consultant en système d’information chez Andersen Consulting.En 1999, je cofonde ma première entreprise, Blackorange, leader de la distribution online de logiciels packagés, dans le top 15 français du ecommerce en 2001.En 2003, je cofonde Vecteur d’image, agence de relations presse.Puis, Sarenza.com, qui deviendra le N° 1 de la vente de chaussures sur Internet, avant de la quitter en 2007. J'ai également cofondé des sociétés qui n'ont pas fonctionnées, comme Toofoot, site communautaire pour les footballeurs amateurs, ou l’edito.com, éditeur de meubles contemporains communautaires. Deux très belles idées, mais les idées ne suffisent pas toujours à faire une belle entreprise rentable 🙂 En 2013 j'ai accompagné pendant 4 ans les destinés de la marque de produit cosmétiques HapsatouSy.En 2018 et 2019, j'ai accompagné Qobuz en tant que General Manager de la société avec deux principaux objectifs : réorganiser la société et créer les conditions d'une croissance forte. Avec 45% de croissance, des pertes divisées par deux et 22M€ levés, le défi a été relevé.Décembre 2020 : naissance d'Alegria.tech, la première agence Nocode en France que je fonde avec Christelle Curcio et Thomas Bonnenfant. Notre ambition : devenir d'ici 3 ans la première Nocode Factory en Europe ! Passionné d'entrepreneuriat, j'accompagne également de manière bénévole plusieurs sociétés dans le cadre du Startup Leadership Program.
