From the early school years I had will to help people, troubleshoot and improve things around. Accounting my passion in technology and software development I've ended up in University studying Electronics and Communications Engineering.

After graduation I found myself well in position of Tier 3 Support engineer of Ericsson BSC CPU software. It was great time of experience gaining in GSM/LTE Structure, writing assembler code and learning about support structure and its functions. It was a great experience to support product with more than 2 Billions of users around the globe, while being part of the team that ensured 99,999% reliability.

At some point due to inertia on process changes in big companies and my will to improve everything around I decide to move forward and ended up in ThinkTank. Where I managed to optimise processes and build up needed tooling for team to significantly improve team efficiency by automating up to 70% of routine manual work done by the team. Worked with great people and supported awesome customers among which were AIG, Ernst and Young, Deloitte, Accenture, KPMG, US army and many many others.

My next challenge was relocation to Estonia where I've started and from a scratch and built globally distributed API Technical Support Team in Wise. It was really challenging and fun, I managed to become comfort in chaos of a startup environment with the team that grew from 700 to 4000+ employees. I'm really proud of the fact that I managed to build API Technical Support Team with the engagement that was 24% above company average. I'm happy that I had a chance to be the part of the revolution. Where I've developed myself exponentially.
