Yi Zhuang is a passionate and driven technology professional with experience architecting customer-focused solutions across various digital SaaS platforms.
In recent years, she joined commercetools (a microservices-based and headless commerce platform) as a Solutions Engineer.
She plays an active role in enabling the technology community in APAC on the benefits and know-how to adopt headless and composable commerce architectures. Sharing solutions around leveraging on a combination of API-based products, custom-built microservices and productised/ custom frontends to serve up true omni-channel commerce experiences.
Passionate about the future of commerce, she enjoys tinkling with new possibilities and technologies in the customer experience space such as connecting chatbots to purchase experiences.
