Chris is a Customer Success Manager for IBM Australia, based in Canberra. Working closely with Federal government departments for many years, he has very broad and deep experience of Public Sector, the challenges they face and how government requirements have changed over the years.

Originally starting as a Computer Systems Officer in the public service, Chris transitioned to the private sector and has experienced working for a variety of companies, all supporting the Public Sector with hardware, software and services.

Currently, his focus is Services Australia who continue to face many challenges to deliver quality services to citizens.

Chris has a degree in Computer Science from the Australian National University and a graduate diploma in Business Informatics from the University of Canberra.
