I have a 24 year career in software development as a leader and trusted advisor, and since 2015 I have specialised in API and Cloud enabled Digital Transformation.

As a consultant with Google Cloud I was an integral member of the Apigee Customer Success team where I was responsible for a process of coordination, education and enablement of Apigee’s global customers.

I created a framework for engagements that was aligned with the features of the Apigee platform and sympathetic of the challenges relating to the introduction of an API first mindset, agile practices and cloud based infrastructure.

This framework later became FlowStep.com
