Greg Au-Yeung
Greg has held senior executive positions at different global banks in Asia, including Saxo, UBS, ANZ, Morgan Stanley and State Street Bank. He has a solid track record pioneering, building, and managing technology centres in China that deliver innovation solutions and support digital transformation program for incumbent banks and FinTech. Greg has also been involved in establishing a Microcredit/P2P (formerly AIG) start-up and consultancy business, respectively. Prior to China, he has worked in US, Japan, and Hong Kong. Greg is currently Senior Advisor for Shanghai Fudan University, specializing in FinTech, and the Co-founder of Financial Technology Talent Standardization Committee. In February 2021, Greg has launched his YouTube Channel called Inspiring China (www.youtube.com/c/InspiringChina) that provides insight on China’s FinTech, business and lifestyle. Greg graduated with a degree in Computer Science from the University of Westminster (UK), completed the Executive MBA program at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and certified from MIT (Artificial Intelligence), Harvard University (FinTech), and Copenhagen Business School (Digital Transformation-Financial Services). He is also a Chartered Information Technology Professional, a Fellow of the Hong Kong Computer Society, member of the British Computer Society, Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce (Shanghai) and American Chamber of Commerce (Shanghai). Greg is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. He also speaks moderate Japanese.
