With a focus on Software quality, I care about the standard of the software I deliver as well as the end result for the business. I enjoy working in a team to deliver the best product possible and enjoy working with others to improve coding techniques and technical skills.

I enjoy teaching and mentoring as much as writing the code itself and I am an accomplished technical trainer and author. Although my passion is for Java, I am not tied to the language or tool chain and I am always willing to discuss and select the right tools for the job. My style of teaching is interactive and I expect to be challenged, and meet this challenge with reasoning and investigation during live sessions.
