Head of Product Management, Asia Pacific at Experian

Jene is the Head of Product Management for Credit Services SEA where she’s responsible for the product development for various consumer and business information such as ACRA, litigation, alternative data, credit bureau data, international credit data, which are made available via various platforms. Such platforms include QuestNet, Bank Bureau, Non-Bank Bureau and also various APIs. During her 3+ years in Experian, she’s led the team through a major rebrand of our reports and platforms from DP Information Group to Experian, launched the new ACRA APIs to enable instant account opening by banks, coordinated various tech upgrades, and also launched various other products such as International Report platform, enhanced monitoring service, Ascend (our big data analytics platform), new scores and score monitoring services.

Jene is currently also an Executive Committee Member of the SGTech Digital Trust Committee.
