Jonathan has worked in IT for over 30 years and was at the forefront of some early projects using new technologies such as web, data warehousing and integration in the mid-1990s. He joined webMethods (now Software AG) Professional Services in 2004 and worked closely with major customers, advising them on architecture, implementation and best practices. Jonathan then spent nine years in product management, responsible for the strategy and development of some of Software AG’s core products, as well as running Software AG’s global user communities, providing a range of collaboration tools and communication to its 100,000 members. Subsequently, Jonathan served as Chief of Staff to Software AG’s new CEO Sanjay Brahmawar, helping him to get to know the company and its people, and to define its new strategy. Jonathan is now SVP of Business Development for API, Integration & Microservices, identifying and developing new business opportunities for Software AG’s technology.
