Kat Gaines is a DevOps Advocate on the Community and Advocacy Team. Prior to becoming an avocado, Kat spent ~7 years building PagerDuty’s global award-winning Customer Support team. Pre-PD, Kat worked in tech support in startups across the music and custom printing industries. She enjoys talking and thinking about incident response, scaling people and teams in customer support, and automating the creation of a delightful end-user and employee experience.
