Leon Andrews
Leon’s entire career since gaining a Masters degree in Information Systems & Technology in 1996 has been spent on genuinely disruptive digital solutions. With a background in humanities and a passion for art and design, he likes to apply a human-experience lens to everything he works on.
Starting with the NetChannel UK Web-TV platform during the 1990s dotcom boom, he moved to Australia in 1998 and focused his career on job board, recruitment and HR systems.
Leon designed and implemented Australia’s first commercial web service with 1999’s Jobnet Autoload product, and worked on pioneering SaaS recruitment platform HRX (now PeopleScout) until 2011.
Using these experiences as a foundation for a career in consulting, he now specialises in whole-of-business digital integration and API Management. He currently heads up Terem's API and Platform Engineering business in Sydney, advising businesses on API strategy from the smallest startup to the largest government agencies.
