I currently have a split focuses - supporting UBS to scale data science, safely and ethically but also with pace, and leading our risk assessment into Generative AI technologies and their application within UBS.

Generative AI will be transformational for the FS industry and wider, understanding the opportunities and risks associated with this is critical to balancing returns with sustainable and ethical implementation.

Ethics and generative AI are fascinating and greatly motivating topics for me - how we as a society build trust and understanding of data driven technologies will be key for how we shape its use for our betterment. This will include drawing new ethical and regulated lines.

I’m also involved with a number of wider industry initiatives around the scaling of AI and the ethics of its use.
