My career covers a wide area of IT expertise, starting into Cloud Ready development, going trough research work in GPS networks or design of modern Open Source platforms. I was involved in the management of international projects, IT transformation and outsourcing.

I have held roles in IT Companies between 1999 and 2005 (IT Architect, Project Manager) on different IT projects (automotive, e-commerce, logistic) to improve new Java&web entreprise experience.

In 2005 I have been assigned as Head of IT, Control & Supervision Department in PSA Peugeot-Citroen, to manage the delivery and the operational excellence of IT projects portfolio from car manufacturing.

Starting 2009 I have been working as IT Manager, Program Manager to deliver strategic solutions for PSA application development teams. I am the Program Manager of two Open Source software platforms delivered for Cloud Ready development: SeedStack.org and ekara-platform.

As Head of Cloud Application Platform, Software Development & Expertise, I manage the keys of a succesful software application hosting, development for Groupe PSA: the CaaS Platform, the Software Factory, the enterprise strategic standards and solutions for application development and support for projects. As Program manager of the multicloud container platform I influenced the Cloud transformation through a everything as a service approach.

A Ph.D. in software engineering from Lille University completes my engineer degree and gives me the ability of sustaining high value business projects.
