Phil has over 20 years solid experience in the enterprise software market. He has worked in roles across the globe, his career taking him through UK / Europe, USA, Australia and Asia. He joined Solace in 2016 and is responsible for the development and management of the APJ & ME field technical organisation, aligning Solace technology and solutions with customer requirements.

Phil is currently focussed on helping customers adopt Event Driven Architectures (EDA) as part of digital transformation initiatives.

Phil is experienced in identifying and developing solutions with our customers, and has a strong personal focus on customer satisfaction. Phil has successfully introduced new technologies into existing and new accounts and has worked across Delivery, Engineering and Sales.

Phil started his career in the UK with Proctor & Gamble before moving into enterprise software within the emerging Middleware market. Phil has maintained a view across many industries, helping finance, manufacturing, retail and distribution organisations optimise the information distribution within and beyond their IT landscape.
