Salman has been involved in startups and venture capital for the past two decades. He is an operating partner at the TOP-Funds, a family of funds investing in blue-chip pre-IPO technology companies, and allocating capital to top-decile venture GPs. He is also a co-founder of ZEM, a lithium ion battery solution provider for the maritime industry, which was recently acquired by the Volvo Group. He has a degree in computer science from Harvard University and an MBA from the University of Chicago, and spends much of his free time coding. He co-led the CEPS specification group within the MyData.org community.
