Able to manage stakeholders up to C suite level executives, manage and lead functional and technical teams within matrix organisations, his previous client projects have required him to apply his skills across the complete delivery lifecycle – from business strategy and business case development, programme governance and execution, vendor selection and commercial negotiation, project management, high-level business process analysis and technical requirements capture, estimating and planning, solution architecture, component design, build, test and implementation, within large programmes and small projects. As such, he has built a strong body of transferable IT strategy advisory skills across programme/project management, risk management, stakeholder management, systems integration delivery, and has the practical capability to convert viable business cases into executing projects and programmes that align with business strategies and roadmaps.
