Shelby Switzer
Shelby Switzer is a software engineer with the US Digital Service at the Department of Health and Human Services. As a conference organizer, Code for America volunteer, and civic technologist, Shelby has worked in community organizing, open source software, and technology activism across three US for over 8 years. Shelby also writes about civic digital infrastructure on their blog, civicunrest.com.
As a fellow on the State Software Collaborative, Shelby does advance research around and create practical resources for state, territorial, local, and tribal governments seeking to build software collaboratively with each other.
