Right now as a Developer Relations Lead at New Relic (also known as developer advocacy) Steve is passionate about helping developers be successful with the tools they use and act as a bridge between product engineering, partnership, and the broader developer community.

Steve is an experienced customer solution engineer with over 10 years experience working in the Asia Pacific region with a blend of technical knowledge, customer advocacy, and intrapreneurship roles. A degree in Computer Systems Engineering from University of Queensland and his background as a backend performance engineer helped him to find his calling in solutions engineering, and he loves what he does!
