Ken Chua has been using New Relic for 5 years as a frontend developer, a scrum master and project manager. Through his experience of containerising and migrating applications on to AWS, he has relied on New Relic’s Observability capabilities to ensure the uptime and resiliency of his applications. He liked New Relic so much that he decided to join as a Technical Account Manager to help customers better realise the value and features of New Relic.
