With more than 20 years of experience in software development and business acumen in telecommunication and financial areas, Radu holds dual MSc degrees in Physics and Computer Science. His current focus areas are Platform-as-a-Service, API architecture, and distributed systems.

After a global career in corporate and startup environments, with an emphasis in the telecom sector, Radu moved to Luxembourg and joined the dynamic fintech sector of the country, being instrumental in the release and implementation of Digicash, the leading mobile payment solution in the region.

In 2018 Radu has joined LUXHUB as CTO in charge of the tech strategy and product development of the company.

LUXHUB was created by the 4 major retail banks in Luxembourg (BCEE, BGL BNP Paribas, Banque Raiffeisen, and POST Luxembourg) to help cope with the implementation of the PSD2 directive and the challenges and opportunities of open banking. LUXHUB has quickly become a leading European Open Finance API Platform and a licensed Payment Institution.
